RamMailing is a mailing tool to generate letters for institutions, civil services or other entities located in French communes.

The target of the mailing has to be identified whithout address (town-hall, post-office, school, police station, etc ...).

The target of the mailing can be the communes of a department, a region, or all the French communes. It is also possible to filter the communes by their type (prefecture, subprefecture, canton chief town or normal commune), or by their data (population, density, surface, number of homes : total homes, main homes, second homes or empty homes).

The mailing is based on a template in rtf format ("rich text format" available on all word processors) in which some tags are replaced by the communes data : name, postcode.
