Q : Why are there 3 versions of RamVille ?
A : There are 3 RamVille versions which allow you to export more or less data :
- Classic version which doesn't allow you to export data.
- Advanced version which allows you to export communes names, INSEE numbers and postcodes.
- Pro version which allows you to export all data.
Q : How to search for a commune by its postcode or INSEE number ?
A : You can choose in the "Preferences" window if the numerical search is based on postcode (shortcut via the button  ) or on INSEE number (shortcut via the button  ). Then you just have to enter a postcode or an INSEE number in the search field. The corresponding communes will then be displayed in the result list.
Q : When exporting data, why all the communes are not saved in the file ?
A : Data export is only available with registered advanced (export of communes names with INSEE numbers and postcodes) or pro versions (export of all data ). With other versions export is limited to 50 communes.
Q : Why does the printing of the complete list not work ?
A : Printing of the complete list is only available with a registered version.
Q : Why are maps and satellites views not being displayed ?
A : This service is provided by Google Maps and needs high-speed Internet access. This service can be temporarily down. In this case try again later. If problem continues, please empty the cache of your browser (with Internet Explorer : Tools / Internet options / General tab control / Delete temporary Internet files).
Q : Why do some functions are no more available although they were available before ?
A : They surely are functions that become unavailable after the 30 days trial period. You just have to register the software to make them available again. |
